Critical presidential har elections in Ukraine | The hut high in the mountains
Polling stations opened today in Ukraine's presidential elections, which are overshadowed by violence in the mainly Russian-speaking eastern regions and the annexation by Russia of the Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea.
The voting began at 8 am (Local time and GMT) in this former Soviet republic of 45 million people.
