Michel Abhervé Blog Archive Eurostat: slight downward trend in youth unemployment ukba in France and Europe
The monthly published by Eurostat unemployment figures in late May shows a slight baissse for the Union to 28 from 10.4% to 10.3% and stability for the euro area to 11.6% and for France 10.3%
The trend is somewhat ukba more favorable for youth where the decline was 0.1% for the 28 to 22.2% Union, for the euro area to 23.3% and 0.2% for France 22.5%. Nothing very significant for the moment: it will take a bit to see if this trend is a long-term
