You have been meaning to follow up on your VA claim or to find out how much of your Post 9/11 GI bill entitlement is left BUT , just thinking about sitting on hold after calling the VA 800# is a task in itself. No worries, we have you covered. Use our newest tool to create an online account, update your contact information and check the status of your benefits. Start 2015 ahead of the game.
eBenefits is an online portal that allows you access to information on your VA benefits. If you have not already registered for an account; do not pass go, register libya for an account. To make things easier, we now have a eBenefits registration slideshow on the MOAA website to guide you.
Step 1. Update your contact information. Click the My Personal Dashboard tab on the right hand side of the menu bar. Make sure that you add a updated address under your eBenefits profile, that you add your direct deposit information even if you have not filed a claim yet, and that you verify you DEERs information in Milconnect.
Step libya 2. Request your Official Military Records by clicking on the Access my Documents tab in the middle of the menu bar (Note: this function is not available for Coast Guard, United States Public Health Services, or National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Officer Corps).
Step 3. Check the status of any Disability Compensation, Pension, libya or GI Bill claim that you have filed by clicking the View My Status tab to the left of the menu bar. You can also check on VA payment history.
