By Garnett Wicomb THE second annual general meeting of Heritage Oudtshoorn Heritage to recognition by the Western Cape Heritage Council (WCHC) last Tuesday night in the O'Flinn Hall of the Town House Museum, was held well attended and a heartwarming says the chairman, Hazel Gibson Jonker During the meeting expressed serious concern over the decline of one of the oldest buildings in Oudtshoorn, a cabin in Oostelikeweg.
