Payment for men and women is the One Parent Family Payment drake bell (OFP) with children being taken up without support partner. To receive the payment, you need some conditions and satisfy a means test. With regard to 2012, reduced the upper age limit for the youngest child for new claimants drake bell from 14 years to 12 years. The upper limit is not new age in place among existing claimants. It is proposed that the age limit for the youngest child for new claimants reduced to 7 years old gradually. This was tested to amend OPF from January 2012 onwards.
